At HerbsPro.in, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your item isn't the perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your HerbsPro.in account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the 'Return/Exchange' option for the specific item you wish to send back.

  Pack the Items

  Place the product in its original packaging including all brand tags, dust bags, and the invoice to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will visit your address within 24-48 hours to collect the package at no additional cost.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our quality team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your replacement item will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
